If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel there — not through AllTrails directly. Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription. Since AllTrails+ is billed annually, forgetting to cancel before renewal means another $35.99 charge for a full year.
Method 1: Cancel via AllTrails Website
Use this if you subscribed directly through alltrails.com (not through an app store).
Go to alltrails.com and sign in
Open your browser and navigate to alltrails.com. Click Log In and sign in with your email, Google, Apple, or Facebook account.
Go to Settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Settings from the dropdown menu. Navigate to the account or subscription section.
Click "Manage Subscription"
Find the Manage Subscription option. This will show your current plan, renewal date, and payment method. Click it to access cancellation options.
Cancel and confirm
