Cancel Anime-Planet on the Website
Log in to Anime-Planet
Go to anime-planet.com and sign in with your account credentials. Make sure you are logged in with the account that has the active subscription or supporter status.
Go to your Settings
Click on your username or avatar in the top-right corner of the page. From the dropdown, select Settings to access your account management page.
Find the subscription or account section
In the Settings page, scroll down to find the Account or Subscription section. If you have a supporter subscription, you will see options to manage or cancel it here.
Cancel your subscription or delete your account
Click Cancel Subscription to stop future billing, or choose Delete Account if you want to remove your account entirely. Follow the confirmation prompts. You may be asked to provide a reason for leaving.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you signed up for Anime-Planet through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead.
Cancel via iPhone / iPad
- 1. Open Settings on your iPhone
- 2. Tap your name at the top (Apple Account)
- 3. Tap Subscriptions
- 4. Tap Anime-Planet in the list
- 5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm
Cancel via Android
- 1. Open the Google Play Store app
- 2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
- 3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
- 4. Tap Subscriptions then Anime-Planet
- 5. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm
What Happens After You Cancel Anime-Planet?
Your free features still work
Anime-Planet's core tracking features are free. If you only cancel a supporter subscription, you can still browse, track, and discover anime and manga.
Your anime and manga lists remain
If you only cancel a paid subscription, your watch lists, ratings, and reviews stay intact. You will only lose them if you choose to delete your entire account.
Export your data first
Before deleting your account, export your anime and manga lists. Once an account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
