Cancel Aura Step by Step
Log in to your account
Go to aurahealth.io and sign in. If this is a telehealth service, make sure you're canceling the subscription, not just an appointment.
Navigate to Membership or Billing
Click on your profile, then find Membership, Billing, or Subscription settings. Aura keeps these in the account settings area.
Click Cancel Plan
Select Cancel Plan or End Membership. You may need to confirm your reason for leaving. If you have active prescriptions or treatments through Aura, those may be affected — check what happens to any ongoing care.
Save your cancellation confirmation
Screenshot the confirmation page and save the email. If you have any remaining shipments or appointments, verify whether those will still be fulfilled.
