You CANNOT cancel inside the BetterSleep app!
BetterSleep subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. There's no cancel button inside the app. Deleting the app does NOT stop charges. Also, if you originally subscribed when the app was called Relax Melodies, look for either name in your subscriptions.
Method 1: Cancel via Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad)
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Go to Settings, then tap your name at the top of the screen to open your Apple ID settings.
Tap Subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions to see all your active and expired subscriptions. Scroll through the list to find BetterSleep (it might still show as Relax Melodies depending on when you subscribed).
Tap BetterSleep, then Cancel Subscription
Tap on the BetterSleep subscription entry, then tap Cancel Subscription. Confirm when prompted. Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period — no immediate cutoff.
Method 2: Cancel via Google Play Store (Android)
Open Google Play Store
Launch the Google Play Store app. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner to access your account menu.
Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Find BetterSleep (or Relax Melodies) in your active subscriptions.
Tap Cancel subscription and confirm
Tap Cancel subscription, select a reason if asked, and confirm. Premium features stay active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Free sounds and basic features still work
BetterSleep has a free tier with a limited selection of sounds, mixes, and basic sleep tracking. Your rain sounds aren't completely gone — you just lose the premium library and mixing features.
Premium content library gets locked
You'll lose access to premium sleep stories, guided meditations, the full sound library, advanced mixing tools, and exclusive audio content. Any custom mixes using premium sounds won't play.
Your custom mixes may be affected
