Cancel Canva Pro on the Website
Log in to Canva
Go to canva.com and sign in with your account. Whether you use Google, Facebook, or email login, just make sure you are on the account that has the Pro subscription.
Go to Account Settings
Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner, or navigate to canva.com/settings. You will see your account details and plan information.
Click on Billing & plans
In the sidebar, click Billing & plans. This shows your current subscription, next billing date, and payment method. This is also where you will find the cancellation option hiding.
Cancel your subscription
Click the three dots menu or the Cancel subscription link. Canva might offer you a discount or ask for a reason -- answer the prompts and confirm the cancellation. You will get an email confirmation.
Good news: Your designs are not going anywhere. When you cancel Canva Pro, you revert to the free Canva plan. All your designs remain in your account -- though premium elements (stock photos, premium templates) may show watermarks.

What Happens After You Cancel Canva Pro?
Your designs stay in your account
All your designs remain accessible on the free plan. You can still view, edit, and download them. Canva does not delete your work just because you downgraded.
Premium elements get watermarked
Designs using premium stock photos, videos, or Pro-only elements will display watermarks. Swap them out with free alternatives or download your designs before canceling.
Brand Kit and premium features disappear
Brand Kit, Background Remover, Magic Resize, and other Pro features will no longer be available. Your storage drops from 1TB to 5GB.
