Cancel Claude Pro on the Website
Sign in to Claude
Go to claude.ai in your web browser and sign in with the account that has the Claude Pro subscription. Make sure you are logged into the correct account if you have multiple.
Open your subscription settings
Click on "Subscribed to Claude Pro" which appears below your email address in the sidebar or settings area. This link takes you directly to the billing management page.
Click Cancel on the billing page
On the billing page, you will see your current plan details and billing information. Click Cancel to initiate the cancellation process. Claude may ask for feedback on why you are leaving.
Confirm the cancellation
