Cancel Copilot Money via the App
Open the Copilot Money App
Launch the Copilot Money app on your iPhone or iPad. Make sure you are signed in to the account with the active subscription.
Go to Settings
Tap the gear icon in the top-left corner of the app to open Settings. This is where you can manage your account, linked banks, and subscription details.
Tap Manage Subscription
Scroll down in Settings and tap Manage Subscription. This will redirect you to your Apple subscription management page, since Copilot Money bills exclusively through the App Store.
Cancel Subscription
On the Apple Subscriptions page, tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial if you are still in the trial period). Confirm when prompted. You will receive a confirmation from Apple and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
Copilot Money is an iOS-only app, so all subscriptions are managed through Apple. If the in-app method above does not work, you can cancel directly through your Apple device settings.

What Happens After You Cancel Copilot Money?
You keep access until your billing period ends
After canceling, you can continue using Copilot Money with full features until the end of your current billing cycle. Your budget tracking, spending insights, and net worth monitoring remain active until then.
Bank connections are disconnected
Once your subscription expires, your linked bank accounts and credit cards will stop syncing. Copilot uses Plaid to connect to your financial institutions, and these connections are deactivated after cancellation.
You may need to re-link accounts if you resubscribe
If you decide to come back to Copilot Money later, you will likely need to re-link your bank accounts through Plaid. Some of your historical data may still be available, but new transactions will only sync after reconnecting.
Your financial data stays private
Copilot Money stores your data locally on your device and encrypted in iCloud. After canceling, your data remains on your device but the app will no longer actively process or categorize new transactions.
