Cancel Crave on the Website

Sign in to Crave

Go to crave.ca in your web browser and sign in with the account you want to cancel. Make sure you are using the account holder's credentials.

Go to your Account page

Click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner and select Account from the dropdown. This takes you to your subscription management page.

Find your subscription details

On the Account page, look for your current subscription plan and billing information. You will see your plan type (Crave Basic, Standard, or Premium) and your next billing date.

Click Cancel Subscription

Click the Cancel Subscription button and follow the confirmation prompts. Crave may try to offer you a discounted plan or free trial extension. Decline if you want to proceed with cancellation.

Confirm your cancellation

Click Confirm Cancellation on the final screen. You should receive a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Subscribed Through Apple or Google?

If you signed up for Crave through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead. The Crave website will not show a cancel option.

Downloaded content becomes unavailable

Any shows or movies you downloaded through the Crave app will become inaccessible once your subscription period ends.

TV provider subscribers need different steps

If you added Crave through Bell, Rogers, Telus, or another Canadian TV provider, you need to contact them directly to cancel the Crave add-on from your TV package.

You can resubscribe anytime

If you change your mind, you can resubscribe to Crave at any time by visiting crave.ca and selecting a plan. Your account preferences may still be available.
