Cancel EA Play via the EA App (PC)

Open the EA app

Launch the EA app on your PC. If you do not have it installed, you can also go to ea.com and sign in to your EA account through the browser.

Go to your account settings

Click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner, then select Account Settings. This opens your EA account management page.

Find your EA Play subscription

Navigate to the Subscriptions or EA Play section. You will see your current plan (EA Play or EA Play Pro), billing date, and payment method.

Cancel your subscription

Click Cancel Subscription (or Turn Off Auto-Renew). EA will ask you to confirm and may offer a discount to stay. Decline if you want to proceed and confirm the cancellation. GG.

Purchased games stay yours

Any games you bought at the 10% EA Play discount are permanently yours. Only the vault games (the ones you did not purchase) become locked after your subscription ends.

Vault games become locked

Games from the EA Play vault that you were playing for free will no longer be accessible. Your save data stays on your device though, so if you resubscribe, you can pick up right where you left off.

You lose the 10% discount on EA game purchases and DLC, plus early access trials for upcoming EA games. Your EA account and profile remain intact.
