Cancel Epic! on the Website

1

Sign in to your Epic! parent account

Head to getepic.com and log in with your parent account credentials (email and password). Important: you need to use the parent account, not a child profile -- kids should not be canceling their own reading subscriptions, even if they think they are old enough.

2

Go to Account Settings

Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account from the dropdown menu. This is where all the billing magic happens.

3

Click Manage Subscription

In your account settings, find the Subscription section. Click on Manage Subscription to see your current plan details and billing info.

4

Select Cancel and confirm

Click Cancel Subscription. Epic! may ask you why you are leaving and offer you a discount or free trial extension -- classic retention move. If you are set on canceling, just click through and confirm the cancellation. Done and dusted.

Heads up: If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you cannot cancel from the Epic! website. You will need to cancel through your device settings instead (see below).
