EveryPlate is HelloFresh's budget-friendly sibling -- and canceling works almost the same way. Here's where to find the cancel button they tucked away, plus how to dodge that last surprise charge.

Cancel EveryPlate Step by Step
Log in at everyplate.com
Go to everyplate.com and sign in with the email and password you used to subscribe. Fun fact: EveryPlate is owned by HelloFresh, so the account system is similar. If you signed up through a HelloFresh promotion, check that account instead.
Click your name and open Plan Settings
Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Account Settings from the dropdown. Look for the Plan Settings or Subscription Status section. This is where EveryPlate keeps the cancellation option hidden.
Select Deactivate or Cancel Plan
Scroll to the bottom of the Plan Settings section and click Deactivate Your Account or Cancel Plan. The link is often in small text at the very bottom -- they do not make it easy to find.
Decline retention offers and confirm
EveryPlate will present a cancellation survey and likely offer you discounts or free boxes to stay. If you want to fully cancel, decline these offers. Select a cancellation reason, then click the final Confirm button. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Pro Tip
EveryPlate uses the same backend as HelloFresh. If you have both, you need to cancel each subscription separately -- canceling one does not cancel the other.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you signed up for EveryPlate through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead.

What Happens After You Cancel EveryPlate?
Already-processed boxes will still ship
If your next box has already passed the weekly cutoff (typically 5 days before delivery), it will still be prepared and shipped even after you cancel. Canceling does not retroactively stop orders in progress.
Your EveryPlate account stays on file
EveryPlate keeps your account, meal preferences, and delivery address saved. You can log back in and reactivate anytime without re-entering everything. Your HelloFresh account (if you have one) is unaffected.
Expect win-back emails with discount offers
EveryPlate will send promotional emails with steep discounts to bring you back. Be careful -- clicking a promo link and selecting meals can accidentally reactivate your subscription. Unsubscribe from marketing emails if you want a clean break.

Will EveryPlate still charge me after I cancel?
If you cancel after the weekly cutoff, your next box will still be processed and charged. To avoid this, make sure you cancel or skip at least 5 days before your next delivery. Check your email for a cancellation confirmation as proof.
