Cancel Flo Health Premium via App Settings
Open the Flo app
Launch the Flo Health app on your phone. Make sure you are logged in with the account that has the Premium subscription.
Go to your Profile and Settings
Tap on the Profile icon or navigate to Settings in the app. Look for the Subscription or Flo Premium section.
Tap Manage Subscription
Tap Manage Subscription. This will redirect you to your Apple or Google subscription settings, since Flo Premium is billed through the app stores.
Cancel Subscription and confirm
Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial) and confirm. Your Premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Your tracking data will remain intact.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
Flo Health Premium is almost always billed through Apple or Google. You can also cancel directly through your device subscription settings without opening the Flo app.

What Happens After You Cancel Flo Premium?
Your tracking data is preserved
All your period tracking data, cycle history, symptoms, and health logs remain in your account. Nothing is deleted when you cancel Premium.
Free tracking continues
You can still use Flo for basic period and ovulation tracking for free. You just lose access to premium insights, health reports, and expert-reviewed content.
Premium access lasts until your billing cycle ends
After canceling, you retain Premium features until the end of the period you already paid for. No immediate cutoff.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription
You must cancel through Apple or Google subscription settings. Uninstalling Flo from your phone will not stop billing.

Can I resubscribe to Flo Premium later?
