Log in to your Formstack account
Head to formstack.com and sign in. Hopefully you remember your password better than you remember all those form submissions piling up.
Go to "Account" settings
Navigate to your Account settings from the main navigation. This is where Formstack keeps all the important account management options.
Navigate to the "Billing" section
Click on Billing to see your current plan, payment history, and subscription management options.
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Find and click the Cancel Subscription button. Formstack may try to woo you back with a discount -- stay strong if you have made your decision.
Complete the cancellation form and confirm
Fill out the brief cancellation form (the irony of a form builder making you fill out a form to leave is not lost on us) and confirm your cancellation.
Heads up: Formstack may offer a discounted rate before processing your cancellation. If you are open to staying at a lower price, it might be worth hearing them out.
