Important: You cannot cancel Fortnite Crew from inside the game. You must cancel through the platform where you originally subscribed -- PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Epic Games Store, Apple, or Google. Not sure which one? Check your email for the original receipt.

Go to Settings on your PS5 or PS4

From the PS5 home screen, navigate to Settings (the gear icon in the top-right). On PS4, scroll up to the function area and select Settings.

Navigate to Subscriptions

Select Users and Accounts (PS5) or Account Management (PS4), then go to Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Find and cancel Fortnite Crew

Locate Fortnite Crew in your active subscriptions, select it, and choose Turn Off Auto-Renew. Confirm when prompted. Your Crew benefits continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

You keep all Crew Pack cosmetics forever

Every Crew Pack skin, back bling, pickaxe, wrap, and emote you received while subscribed stays in your locker permanently. They are yours no matter what.

V-Bucks stay in your account

The 1,000 V-Bucks you received each month are yours to keep and spend. They do not expire or get removed when you cancel.

Battle Pass stays active for the season

If your Crew subscription included the current season's Battle Pass, it remains active for the rest of that season. You just will not automatically get the next one.

No more monthly Crew Packs or V-Bucks

After your current billing period ends, you stop receiving the monthly 1,000 V-Bucks and new Crew Pack cosmetics. Fortnite itself remains free to play as always.
