Funimation shut down its standalone streaming service in April 2024. All Funimation content and subscriber accounts were migrated to Crunchyroll. The Funimation app and website are no longer active. Cancel via Crunchyroll Website

Verify Your Account Has Migrated

Go to crunchyroll.com and try to sign in using your Funimation email and password. If your account was migrated, you should be able to log in. If not, check your email for migration instructions from Funimation or Crunchyroll.

Open Account Settings

Once logged in to Crunchyroll, click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Go to Subscription

In your account settings, navigate to the Subscription tab. This shows your current plan, renewal date, and how you are being billed. If it says you are billed through Apple or Google, you will need to cancel through those platforms instead.

Click Cancel Subscription
