Cancel Gaana Plus on the Website or App
Open Gaana and Sign In
Go to gaana.com in your web browser or open the Gaana app on your phone. Sign in with the account linked to your Gaana Plus subscription (phone number, Google, or Facebook).
Go to Settings or My Account
Tap the hamburger menu (three lines) or your profile icon. Navigate to Settings or My Account. On the web, click your name or avatar to access account settings.
Find Your Gaana Plus Subscription
Look for the Subscription or Gaana Plus section. This shows your current plan details, next billing date, and payment method. The cancel or manage option will appear if you subscribed directly through Gaana.
Cancel or Turn Off Auto-Renewal
Tap Cancel Subscription or toggle off Auto-Renewal. Gaana may show you retention offers. Confirm your cancellation. Your Plus features remain active until your current billing period ends.
Gaana Plus came with a telecom plan?
