Plus features continue until plan expires

After canceling, you keep ad-free listening, HD audio, and offline downloads until the end of your current billing period. You are not charged again after cancellation.

Free tier with ads is always available

Gaana offers a free ad-supported tier with access to millions of songs across Bollywood, regional, international, and devotional music. After your Plus subscription expires, you can still stream with ads.

Offline downloads become unavailable

Songs and playlists downloaded for offline listening through Gaana Plus will no longer be playable after your subscription expires. Finish listening to downloads before your plan ends.

Your Gaana account, playlists, liked songs, and listening history are preserved. Canceling Plus does not delete your account. You can resubscribe to Gaana Plus anytime.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Gaana Plus and the free version?

Gaana Plus offers ad-free listening, offline downloads, HD audio quality, and unlimited skips. The free version gives you access to the same music library but with ads, lower audio quality, and no offline download capability.

Will I get a refund from Gaana?

Gaana typically does not offer refunds for active subscriptions. Your Plus access continues until the end of the billing period. For app store subscriptions, you can try requesting a refund through Apple or Google Play within their standard refund windows.

Can I cancel Gaana Plus if I got it through a telecom offer?

If Gaana Plus was bundled with a telecom recharge plan, it cannot be canceled independently. It will expire when your telecom plan expires. To stop the service, switch to a plan without the Gaana Plus benefit at your next recharge.

Does Gaana have regional language music?

Yes. Gaana has an extensive library of regional Indian music across Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, and many other languages. This content is available on both the free and Plus tiers.

How do I contact Gaana support?

You can reach Gaana support through the Help or Feedback section in the app or on gaana.com. Navigate to Settings and look for Help & Support or Contact Us. For app store billing, contact Apple or Google support directly.
