Cancel Gamma on the Website
Log in to Gamma
Go to gamma.app and sign in with your Google account or email. Make sure you are using the account that holds your Pro subscription.
Navigate to Settings and Billing
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner, then go to Settings. Select the Billing tab to view your current plan and payment details.
Click Cancel Plan
Under your plan details, click Cancel Plan or Downgrade to Free. Gamma may show you what features you will lose and offer alternatives.
Confirm your cancellation
Select a reason and click Confirm. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will receive a confirmation email.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you subscribed to Gamma through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, cancel through those platforms instead.

- 3. Tap Subscriptions
- 4. Tap Gamma in the list
- 5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

- 1. Open the Google Play Store app
- 2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
- 3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
- 4. Tap Subscriptions then Gamma
- 5. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm
What Happens After You Cancel Gamma?
Your presentations remain accessible
All your Gamma presentations stay in your account. You can still view, share, and present them on the free plan.
AI credits are limited
On the free plan, you receive a limited number of AI generation credits. Unlimited AI-powered slide creation and editing require a Pro subscription.
Gamma branding appears on free exports
Exported presentations on the free plan may include Gamma branding. Pro users can export without branding and access premium templates.
Custom domains and analytics are removed
Premium features like custom domains for shared presentations and detailed analytics will no longer be available after downgrading.
