How to Cancel HealthifyMe Subscription

HealthifyMe is one of India's most popular fitness and nutrition tracking apps, offering Pro plans with advanced calorie tracking and Smart Plans with personal coaching from nutritionists and fitness experts. Whether you signed up through the app, website, or app stores, here is how to cancel your subscription and stop recurring billing.

Cancel HealthifyMe via App or Website

Open the HealthifyMe App or Website

Launch the HealthifyMe app on your Android or iOS device, or visit healthifyme.com in your browser. Sign in with the email or phone number linked to your subscription.

Navigate to Subscription Management

Tap on the Profile or Me tab at the bottom. Go to My Plan, Subscription, or Manage Subscription. This section shows your current plan type (Pro or Smart Plan), coach details (if applicable), and renewal date.

Cancel Auto-Renewal

Tap Cancel Subscription or Turn Off Auto-Renewal. For Smart Plans with coaching, you may need to contact support directly at [email protected] to process cancellation, as coaching plans often have different terms.

Confirm and Save Proof

Complete the cancellation survey and confirm. Save the confirmation email or screenshot the on-screen confirmation for your records. If you subscribed via Apple or Google, you must also cancel through the respective app store (see below).

  2. 2. Tap Profile > Payments & subscriptions
  3. 3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. 4. Select HealthifyMe
  5. 5. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm

What Happens After You Cancel

Features remain active until your billing cycle ends. Coaching sessions, meal plans, and premium tracking continue until expiry.

No further billing. Your payment method will not be charged once auto-renewal is turned off.

Data preserved. Your weight logs, food diary, workout history, and other tracked data remain in your account. Basic calorie tracking stays available on the free tier.

Coach access ends. For Smart Plans, your assigned nutritionist or fitness coach is no longer available after the plan expires. Chat history may still be viewable.
