Sign in to your Hers account
Go to forhers.com and log in with your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the reset link -- no judgment, we have all been there.
Navigate to your Account page
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Account. You will see all your active subscriptions and treatment plans here.
Click Manage Subscription
Find the treatment you want to cancel and click Manage Subscription. If you have multiple active treatments (skincare, hair, birth control, etc.), you will need to cancel each one individually.
Select Cancel and confirm
Click Cancel Subscription. Hers will probably try to win you back with a discount or a pause option. If you are committed to canceling, keep clicking through those retention screens until you reach the final confirmation.
Heads up: Hers may offer you a discounted rate or the option to pause deliveries instead of canceling outright. If you just need a temporary break, pausing could save you the hassle of re-subscribing later.
