Frequently Asked Questions

Does Inshorts have a premium subscription?

Inshorts has offered premium and ad-free features through in-app purchases and subscriptions at various times. These are managed and billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, not directly by Inshorts.

Will I lose access to news after cancelling?

No, the core Inshorts news experience with 60-word summaries is free. Cancelling premium removes ad-free browsing and any exclusive premium features, but you can still read all the news content.

Can I get a refund for my Inshorts subscription?

Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play (within 48 hours) or Apple (through the Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com). Inshorts cannot process refunds directly since billing is handled by the app stores.

Deleting the app cancels my subscription, right?

No! Uninstalling the Inshorts app does NOT cancel your subscription. You will continue to be charged by Google Play or Apple until you explicitly cancel through your subscription settings.
