Log in to your JotForm account
Head to jotform.com and sign in with your email and password. If you use Google or Facebook login, use whatever method you originally signed up with.
Go to "My Account" from the user menu
Click on your avatar or name in the top-right corner, then select My Account from the dropdown. This is your command center for all things account-related.
Navigate to the "Billing" or "Account" tab
Look for the Billing tab in your account settings. This is where your subscription plan details, payment info, and cancellation options are hiding.
Click "Cancel Subscription" or "Downgrade to Free"
Hit the Cancel Subscription or Downgrade to Free button. JotForm has a generous free plan, so your account will revert to the Starter tier with 5 forms and 100 monthly submissions.
Confirm the cancellation
Click through the confirmation dialog. JotForm might ask why you are leaving -- just pick a reason and confirm. You are all set.
What Happens After You Cancel JotForm?
You keep up to 5 forms on the free plan
JotForm's free Starter plan lets you keep up to 5 active forms with 100 monthly submissions. If you have more than 5 forms, the extra ones become inactive but are not deleted.
Your existing submissions are preserved
All the data you have collected through your forms stays intact. You can still view and export past submissions even on the free plan.
Storage and submission limits kick in
The free plan caps you at 100 MB of storage and 100 submissions per month. If you were using more than that, you will hit the limit quickly.
