Go to livemint.com and click Sign In in the top-right area. Enter your registered email address, phone number, or use Google/Facebook social login. Make sure you use the account that has the active premium subscription.
Click on your profile avatar and navigate to My Account or My Subscription. This page shows your current Mint Premium plan type, billing amount, payment method, and next renewal date.
