Cancel NFL+ on the Website
Go to nfl.com and sign in
Open your browser and go to nfl.com. Sign in with the email and password linked to your NFL account. If you signed up through the NFL app, use the same credentials.
Navigate to My NFL and Subscription
Click on My NFL or your profile icon, then find the Subscription section. This shows your current NFL+ plan, billing date, and payment method.
Click Cancel Subscription
Find the Cancel Subscription option and click it. The NFL will try to keep you with offers or ask why you are leaving. Skip through the retention screens if you are committed to canceling.
Confirm your cancellation
Click the final confirmation button. You will get a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of your billing period -- so catch those last few game replays while you still can.
Important: If you subscribed through Apple or Google, you must cancel through those platforms. The NFL website can only cancel subscriptions made directly on nfl.com.

The NFL app still offers free scores, news, highlights, and fantasy content without a subscription.
No partial refunds
NFL+ does not issue prorated refunds. If you are on an annual plan, you keep access until it expires.
Cancel before offseason to avoid charges
NFL+ charges year-round on monthly plans even during the offseason. If you are only interested in the season, cancel before it ends.
