Cancel Noggin on the Website
Sign in to Noggin
Head to noggin.com and sign in with the parent account email and password you used to create the subscription. Remember, this is the grown-up account, not your toddler's profile.
Go to Account Settings
Navigate to your Account page. You can usually find this by clicking on your profile icon or name in the top-right corner of the page.
Click Manage Subscription
Find the Subscription section in your account settings and click Manage Subscription to view your current plan and billing details.
Select Cancel and confirm
Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm. Noggin might offer you a deal to stay -- politely decline if you have made up your mind. Your cancellation is official once you see the confirmation message.
Important: If you subscribed to Noggin through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel through your device settings, not the Noggin website.

Will my child lose access to Noggin immediately?
No. Your child keeps full access to all Noggin content until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.
Can I get a refund from Noggin?
Noggin typically does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you may request a refund through their respective refund processes.
Is Noggin the same as Paramount+?
No. Noggin is a standalone Nickelodeon learning app focused on preschool-age content with interactive games and activities. Paramount+ is a broader streaming service. Some Nick shows appear on both, but they are separate subscriptions.
Does Noggin have a free version?
Noggin occasionally offers a limited free trial for new users, but there is no permanent free tier. Once your subscription ends, you lose access to all content.
Can I download episodes for offline viewing before canceling?
Downloaded content on Noggin is tied to your active subscription. Once your subscription expires, any downloaded episodes or activities will become unavailable -- so binge-downloading will not help.
