Cancel Peloton on the Website
Sign in to your Peloton account
Go to members.onepeloton.com in your web browser and sign in with your credentials. Make sure you are logged in with the account that holds the membership you want to cancel.
Go to My Memberships
Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, select My Memberships. This will show your current subscription plan, whether it is the All-Access Membership or App Membership.
Click Manage Membership
On the membership page, click the Manage Membership button. You will see options to modify your plan. Select Cancel Membership. Peloton will ask you to choose a reason for canceling.
Confirm your cancellation
Review the cancellation details, including when your access will end. Click Confirm Cancellation to finalize. You will receive a confirmation email from Peloton. Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period.
Hardware Bundle vs. App-Only
If you purchased a Peloton Bike, Tread, Row, or Guide with a financing plan, canceling your All-Access Membership does not cancel your hardware payment plan. Those are separate obligations. You keep the hardware regardless of membership status.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you signed up for Peloton through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead. The Peloton website will not show a cancel option for app store subscriptions.

What Happens After You Cancel Peloton?
You keep your Peloton hardware
Your Peloton Bike, Bike+, Tread, Row, or Guide is yours to keep regardless of your membership status. Canceling the subscription does not affect ownership of the equipment. You can still use the Just Ride or Just Run feature without a membership.
You lose access to live and on-demand classes
Without an active membership, you cannot access Peloton's library of live classes, on-demand workouts, scenic rides, or instructor-led content. Your workout history and achievements remain on your account if you resubscribe later.
Access continues until your billing period ends
Peloton does not cut off access immediately. You can continue taking classes and using all features until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for. No prorated refunds are issued.
Consider pausing instead of canceling
Peloton offers a pause option for up to 90 days if you need a temporary break. During a pause, you will not be charged. This can be a better option than canceling if you plan to return to Peloton classes in the near future.

Can I still use my Peloton bike after canceling?
Yes. The hardware is yours to keep. Without a membership, you can still use the Just Ride feature on the Bike or Bike+, which lets you pedal freely without an instructor. However, you will not have access to any live or on-demand classes, leaderboard tracking, or performance metrics beyond basic speed and cadence.
What is the difference between All-Access and App membership?
The All-Access Membership is designed for people who own Peloton hardware and provides the full class experience on your equipment. The App Membership is cheaper and designed for people without Peloton equipment who want to use the app on their phone or tablet for workouts like yoga, running outdoors, or strength training.
Will I get a refund if I cancel Peloton?
No. Peloton does not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. If you recently purchased hardware within 30 days, you may be eligible for a return under Peloton's hardware return policy, but the membership cancellation itself carries no refund.
Can I pause my Peloton membership instead?
Yes. Peloton allows you to pause your membership for up to 90 days. During the pause period, you will not be charged and will lose access to classes. When the pause ends, your membership resumes automatically. This is a good option if you are traveling, recovering from injury, or need a temporary break.
Does canceling affect my hardware payment plan?
No. If you financed your Peloton equipment, the hardware payment plan is a separate financial obligation from the membership subscription. Canceling your membership does not cancel or affect your equipment financing payments. You must continue those payments according to your financing agreement.
