Cancel Philo on the Website
Go to philo.com and sign in
Open your browser and navigate to philo.com. Sign in with the mobile number or email address you used to create your Philo account. Philo uses a code-based login system -- check your phone for the verification code.
Navigate to your Account
Click on your profile icon or navigate to the Account section. This will show your current subscription plan, billing date, and payment method.
Click Cancel Plan
Find the Cancel Plan option in your account settings. Click it. Philo may ask you why you are leaving or try to offer you a discounted rate -- skip through if your mind is made up.
Confirm your cancellation
Click the final confirmation button. Philo will send you a confirmation. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, so enjoy those last reality shows guilt-free.
Important: If you subscribed through Apple or Google, you need to cancel through that platform instead. Check your bank statement to see who is charging you.

Your unlimited DVR recordings will be deleted when your subscription ends. Finish watching anything you have saved before your access runs out.
No refunds for partial months
