Cancel Pictory on the Website
Log in to Pictory
Go to pictory.ai in your web browser and sign in with the account that holds your paid subscription.
Navigate to Account Billing
Click your profile icon or name, then go to Account and select the Billing tab. You can also navigate directly to pictory.ai/account/billing.
Click Cancel Subscription
Under your plan details, click Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription. You may be redirected to Stripe (Pictory's payment processor) to manage the cancellation.
Confirm your cancellation
Follow the prompts and confirm. Download any completed videos you want to keep before your plan expires. Your access to video creation continues until the end of your billing period.
