Cancel Plex Pass on the Website
Go to plex.tv and sign in
Open your browser and navigate to plex.tv. Sign in with your Plex account credentials -- you can use email, Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in.
Navigate to Account then Subscriptions
Click on your profile icon and select Account. On the account page, scroll down to the Subscriptions section where you will see your Plex Pass details.
Click Cancel next to Plex Pass
Find your Plex Pass subscription and click Cancel. Plex may show you what premium features you will lose -- if you are okay with going back to the free tier, proceed.
Confirm your cancellation
Click the final confirmation. Your Plex Pass features continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, you revert to the free Plex tier -- your media server and library remain intact.
