Determine how you subscribed
PocketGuard Plus is almost always billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Check your email receipts to determine which platform handles your billing. You cannot cancel through the PocketGuard app itself.
Open your device subscription settings
On iPhone, go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Find and cancel PocketGuard
Locate PocketGuard in your subscription list and tap Cancel Subscription. Confirm when prompted. Your Plus features stay active until the end of your billing period.
Verify cancellation
Check that your subscription status shows Expires on [date] rather than Renews on [date]. You can also open PocketGuard to confirm your Plus status.
