Cancel Viki Pass on the Website
Log in to Viki
Go to viki.com and sign in with your account credentials. You can log in with email, Facebook, Google, or other linked accounts.
Go to Settings
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings, or navigate directly to viki.com/settings/subscriptions.
Open the Subscriptions tab
In your Settings page, click on Subscriptions to view your current Viki Pass plan, whether it is Standard or Plus.
Cancel your Viki Pass
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm your decision. Viki may offer a discount to stay. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, you will be directed to cancel through those platforms.

If you signed up for Viki Pass through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead.
Cancel via iPhone / iPad

- 2. Tap your name at the top (Apple Account)
