Cancel Power Pass in the Rapido App
Open the Rapido app
Launch the Rapido app on your smartphone. Make sure you are logged in to the account that has the Power Pass subscription.
Go to your Account
Tap on the Account or Profile icon, usually found in the top-left corner or bottom navigation bar of the app.
Find Power Pass
Look for the Power Pass option in your account settings. You will see your current plan details, benefits, and renewal date.
Cancel your Power Pass
Tap Cancel and follow the prompts to confirm. Your Power Pass benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period. The road may end, but the savings were real while they lasted.
Note: If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, you may need to cancel through your device subscription settings instead. Go to Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions or iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
What Happens After You Cancel Rapido Power Pass?
Benefits last until the period ends
Your Power Pass discounts and priority booking continue until your current subscription period expires. Use them while you have them!
You can still book rides normally
Rapido works perfectly without the Power Pass. You just pay standard rates for bike taxi and auto rides instead of the discounted Power Pass rates.

Without the Power Pass, you lose priority captain allocation during peak hours. Rides may take a bit longer to get matched during busy times.
