Cancel your Rapido Power Pass membership and stop recurring charges. Continue using Rapido for rides at standard pricing.
Launch the Rapido app on your smartphone and make sure you are logged into the account that has the active Power Pass membership.
Tap on the menu or profile icon and look for the Power Pass section. You may also find it on the home screen as a banner or in the offers section. Tap to view your active pass details.
If your Power Pass has auto-renewal enabled, toggle it off. This prevents Rapido from automatically charging you when the current pass expires. Some passes are one-time purchases that don't auto-renew.
If there is no self-service cancellation option, go to Help & Support in the app menu. Raise a ticket or use the chat feature to request cancellation of your Power Pass.
Ensure your Power Pass shows as cancelled or auto-renewal off in the app. Your existing pass benefits remain usable until the validity period expires.
