Cancel Razorpay Step by Step
Sign in to your Razorpay Dashboard
Go to dashboard.razorpay.com/billing and sign in with your Razorpay business credentials. Ensure you have admin access to the account.
Navigate to Billing settings
In the dashboard sidebar, go to Account & Settings and then Billing. Review your current plan, add-ons, and payment history.
Downgrade or cancel your plan
Select Downgrade or Cancel Plan. If you are on a paid plan like Standard or Professional, you can downgrade to the basic plan. Note: Active payment processing may need to be migrated first.
Handle pending settlements
Ensure all pending settlements are processed and any remaining balance is transferred to your bank account. Contact Razorpay support if you need to fully close your merchant account.

Razorpay is a business payment gateway managed through their web dashboard. It is not typically billed through Apple or Google app stores.
