Real-world video routesFrequently Asked Questions
Will I lose my downloaded routes when I cancel?
Yes. Offline routes downloaded within the app are tied to your active subscription. Once it expires, those downloads will no longer work.
Can I still use my smart trainer after canceling?
Absolutely. Your smart trainer hardware works independently of Rouvy. You can pair it with Zwift, TrainerRoad, or any other compatible cycling app.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly is $12.99/mo, while the annual plan works out to about $8.33/mo ($99.99/year). If you cancel an annual plan mid-cycle, you still have access until the year is up.
Will I get a refund if I cancel Rouvy?
Rouvy generally does not offer prorated refunds. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period.
