Cancel Shudder on the Website
Go to shudder.com and sign in
Open your browser and navigate to shudder.com. Sign in with the email and password you used to create your Shudder account. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link to reset it. No ghosts will stop you.
Head to your Shudder account page
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account Settings. This takes you to the page showing your Shudder subscription plan, billing details, and whether you are on the monthly ($5.99/mo) or annual ($56.99/yr) plan.
Click Cancel Your Subscription
In the subscription section, look for the Cancel Your Subscription link. Click it. Shudder may attempt to lure you back with a discount offer or ask why you are leaving -- you can skip through these if you are determined to leave.
Confirm your cancellation
Click the final confirmation button. You will see a confirmation message, and Shudder will send you a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period -- plenty of time for one last horror marathon.
Important: This method only works if you signed up directly on the Shudder website. If you subscribed through Apple, Google, or Amazon, you need to cancel through that platform instead (see below).
