Cancel Sling TV on the Website

Go to sling.com and sign in

Open your browser and head to sling.com. Sign in with the email and password for your Sling TV account. Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the login page.

Go to Settings

Click on your name or profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings. Alternatively, you can navigate directly to the account management page.

Click on Account then Cancel Subscription

In the Settings menu, find the Account section. Look for the Cancel Subscription button. Sling may show you a downgrade offer or a discount to stay -- skip through these if you want to fully cancel.

Confirm your cancellation

Click the final Confirm button. Sling TV will send you a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, so enjoy those remaining days of live TV.

Good to know: After canceling, you can still access Sling Freestream, which offers free ad-supported channels and on-demand content. You do not need a paid subscription for that.

Subscribed Through Apple or Google?

If you subscribed to Sling TV through the App Store or Google Play, you need to cancel through that platform.

After canceling your paid subscription, you can still watch Sling Freestream. It is a free, ad-supported tier with select channels and on-demand content.

DVR recordings are deleted

Any DVR recordings you have saved will be deleted when your subscription ends. If you have shows you want to watch, make sure to finish them before your access runs out.

Add-ons are canceled too

Any premium add-on channels (like Starz, Showtime, etc.) that you added through Sling will also be canceled when your base subscription ends.
