Tickertape (by Smallcase) is a popular Indian stock analysis platform offering advanced screeners, portfolio analytics, and financial data. The Pro subscription unlocks premium screener filters, detailed financials, and custom alerts. Here is how to cancel your Tickertape Pro plan and stop recurring charges.
Go to tickertape.in and click Login. Sign in using your email, Google account, or the same method you used during signup. You need to be on the account that holds the Pro subscription.
Click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner and go to Settings or My Plan. The subscription management page shows your current Tickertape Pro plan, billing amount, and renewal date.
Click Cancel Plan or Turn Off Auto-Renewal. Tickertape may show a retention offer or discount. Confirm your cancellation. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of the billing period. Check your inbox for a cancellation confirmation email.
Pro features remain until your billing period ends. Continue using advanced screeners, portfolio analytics, and premium data until expiry.
No more charges. Auto-renewal is stopped and your payment method will not be billed again.
Free tier access. After expiry, you revert to the free plan with basic screeners and limited stock data. Your watchlists and account data remain saved.
Smallcase unaffected. Cancelling Tickertape Pro does not impact your Smallcase investments or portfolio in any way.
After cancellation, you lose access to advanced stock screeners, detailed financial data, portfolio analytics, custom alerts, and other Pro-exclusive tools. Basic screener and limited stock data remain available on the free tier.
Tickertape's refund policy varies. Generally, they do not offer prorated refunds, but you may contact their support team at [email protected] for billing disputes or exceptional circumstances.
Yes, Tickertape is part of the Smallcase ecosystem. However, cancelling Tickertape Pro does not affect your Smallcase investments or account. They are billed separately.
