Cancel Typeform on the Website
Log in to Typeform
Go to typeform.com and sign in with the account that holds the subscription. If you are on a team workspace, you might need admin access to manage billing.
Open Account Settings
Click your profile icon or avatar, then select Account (or Settings). This takes you to your account management area where billing controls live.
Go to Billing
Navigate to the Billing section. Here you will see your current plan, next billing date, and payment method. Scroll down to find the cancellation options.
Click Cancel Subscription
Find and click Cancel subscription. Typeform will show you what you will lose and may offer a discount or suggest downgrading to a cheaper plan. If you have made up your mind, proceed through the prompts.
Confirm Cancellation
Confirm your decision. You will get a confirmation email. Your paid features continue working until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account drops to the free tier.
Export Your Form Responses First
Before canceling, export all form responses from each typeform. Go to Results > Responses and click the export/download button to save your data as CSV or Excel. On the free tier, your access to response data may be limited. Also check any integrations (Zapier, Google Sheets, etc.) that depend on your Typeform data -- they will stop syncing new responses once you hit free tier limits.

What Happens After You Cancel Typeform?
Forms revert to free tier limits

Embedded forms still display
Forms embedded on your website continue to show up. However, they are subject to free tier limits, so they may stop collecting responses once the monthly cap is hit. Typeform branding also reappears on free tier forms.
Logic jumps and advanced features disabled
Premium features like logic jumps, hidden fields, calculators, and payment collection are deactivated on the free plan. Forms using these features may not function correctly after your subscription ends.
Integrations stop syncing
Connections to tools like Zapier, HubSpot, Slack, and Google Sheets stop working for new responses that exceed your free tier limits. Update or disconnect these integrations to avoid confusion.

On the free plan, forms are limited to 10 questions. If your forms have more than that, they may stop accepting new responses or show only the first 10 questions. You will need to either simplify the form to fit within free limits or resubscribe to a paid plan to restore full functionality.
Can I get a refund from Typeform?
Typeform does not typically offer refunds on subscription payments. Annual plans are charged upfront and canceling mid-year does not generate a partial refund. If you have a billing issue or just recently signed up, contact Typeform support to discuss your situation.
How do I export my form responses?
