Open Webull app or website
Open the Webull app or go to webull.com/account and sign in with your trading account credentials.
Navigate to subscription settings
Go to Account Settings or My Account and find the Subscriptions section. This shows any active paid services like Level 2 market data or premium features.
Cancel your paid subscription
Select the subscription you want to cancel (Level 2 data, premium features, etc.) and click Cancel. Confirm when prompted.

All your stock positions, options, crypto holdings, and cash balance remain exactly as they are. Canceling premium does not close your brokerage account.
