Cancel Zero To Mastery via Website
Log in to your ZTM account
Head over to zerotomastery.io and sign in with your credentials. If you have forgotten your password, now is the perfect time to use that "Forgot Password" link you have been ignoring.
Go to Account Settings
Once logged in, navigate to your Account Settings. You can find this by clicking your profile icon or avatar in the top-right corner and selecting the settings option from the dropdown.
Click Cancel Membership
In your account settings, find the subscription or membership section. Click the Cancel Membership button. ZTM might try to tempt you with a discount or pause option -- stay strong if you are determined to cancel.
Confirm your cancellation
Confirm that you want to cancel when prompted. You should receive a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, so you can still finish that course you are halfway through.
Pro tip: If you are on an annual plan, consider whether the savings are worth it before canceling. You can always come back later -- your course progress will be waiting for you.
What Happens After You Cancel Zero To Mastery?
Access continues until the billing period ends
You will not lose access immediately. Keep watching courses and completing projects until your current subscription period is over.
Course progress is saved
Your progress, certificates, and completion records are preserved. If you resubscribe later, you can pick up right where you left off.
You lose access to the course library
Once your billing period ends, you can no longer watch courses, access projects, or participate in the ZTM community Discord channels reserved for members.
Certificates remain yours
Any certificates of completion you have earned are yours to keep and share on LinkedIn. They do not expire when your membership does.

Will I get a refund if I cancel Zero To Mastery?
ZTM does not typically offer prorated refunds for cancellations. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, whether monthly or annual.
Can I still access courses after canceling?
Yes, but only until the end of your current billing period. After that, you lose access to the entire course library. Use your remaining time wisely -- maybe finish that machine learning course you started three months ago.
What happens to my course progress?
Your progress and certificates are saved even after cancellation. If you decide to come back later, everything will be right where you left it.
Is there a free trial for Zero To Mastery?
ZTM occasionally offers trial periods or money-back guarantees for new subscribers. Check their website for current promotions if you are considering coming back.
Can I switch to the annual plan instead of canceling?
Absolutely. If cost is the issue, the annual plan offers significant savings compared to monthly billing. You can switch from your account settings before canceling.
