Done with your SSC, Banking, or Railway exam prep? Here's how to cancel your Adda247 Mahapack or test series subscription and understand refund eligibility.
Visit adda247.com or open the Adda247 app (available on Android and iOS). Sign in with your registered mobile number, email, or social login. Make sure you access the correct account with your active subscription.
Click on your profile icon and navigate to "My Account" or "My Purchases". This section lists all your active Mahapack subscriptions, test series, e-books, and video courses with their validity dates.
Identify the specific subscription you want to cancel, whether it's an SSC Mahapack, Banking Mahapack, or individual test series. Click on the product to see details like purchase date and remaining validity.
If a cancel button is available, use it. Otherwise, go to Help & Support and raise a cancellation ticket. You can also email [email protected] with your order ID, registered number, and cancellation reason.
After submitting your request, you'll receive a ticket ID. Track the status via the support section. Cancellation and refund (if eligible) are typically processed within 7-10 business days.
Your Mahapack or test series remains accessible until the purchased validity period ends.
E-books and PDFs you've already downloaded to your device remain accessible locally even after cancellation.
Mock tests and practice quizzes in the test series are locked after your subscription expires. Past results remain viewable.
Auto-renewal is stopped and no future charges will be applied to your payment method.
Adda247 offers refunds within 7 days of purchase for most products. The refund is processed to the original payment method. After 7 days, refunds are generally not available, but you keep access for the full validity period.
Check your account settings on adda247.com for auto-renewal toggle. If you subscribed through Google Play or Apple App Store, cancel the recurring payment through the respective store's subscription management settings.
Your test attempt history and performance analytics are saved in your account. While you can't take new tests after expiry, you can view past results and solutions if you resubscribe later.
Adda247 allows upgrades to Mahapack (which covers multiple exams) but doesn't typically support switching between single-exam plans. Contact support if you need to change your exam focus.
