Done with your PW batch or Lakshya series? Here's exactly how to cancel your Physics Wallah subscription and what to expect with refunds.
Go to pw.live on your browser or open the Physics Wallah app. Sign in using the mobile number or email you registered with. Make sure you're logged into the account that holds the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner. From the dropdown, select "My Batches" or "My Purchases". This shows all courses and batches you've paid for, including Lakshya, Arjuna, and Yakeen series.
Identify the specific batch or subscription you want to cancel. Click on it to view the details including purchase date, validity period, and payment amount.
If a direct cancel option is available, use it. Otherwise, go to Help & Support within the app or website and raise a cancellation ticket. Select "Refund / Cancellation" as the category. You can also email [email protected] with your order ID and reason.
Once submitted, you'll receive a ticket number via email or SMS. Track the status through the support section. Refunds, if eligible, are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
You keep access to your batch content until the validity period of your current plan expires.
If eligible (within 7 days of purchase), your refund is processed in 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Offline videos and study materials downloaded in the PW app will become inaccessible after your batch expires.
Your PW account remains active. You can re-enroll in any batch or course at any time in the future.
Physics Wallah offers refunds within 7 days of purchase for most batch subscriptions. After 7 days, refunds are generally not available, but you retain access until the batch period ends. For EMI payments, you may need to contact their finance team separately.
Yes, downloaded videos in the PW app become inaccessible once your batch subscription expires. The offline content is DRM-protected and requires an active subscription to play.
If you subscribed through Google Play, you must cancel through Google Play Store. Open Play Store, tap your profile, go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, find Physics Wallah, and tap Cancel. Cancelling through the PW app alone won't stop Google Play billing.
PW sometimes allows batch transfers within a limited window. Contact PW support to check if your batch is eligible for a switch. This is often easier than cancelling and re-purchasing, and may save you money.
