Cancel Amazon Prime on the Website
Sign in to Amazon
Go to amazon.com in your web browser and sign in with the account that has the Prime membership you want to cancel. Make sure you are signed into the correct account.
Go to Prime Membership settings
Hover over Accounts & Lists in the top navigation, then click Prime Membership. This takes you to the Prime management page where you can see your plan details and benefits.
Click Manage Membership, then End Membership
Click the Manage Membership dropdown or button, then select End Membership. Amazon will begin showing you retention offers and information about what you will lose.
Navigate through the retention prompts
Amazon will show you 3-4 screens with offers to keep you subscribed, pause your membership, or switch plans. Keep clicking through the decline or continue options on each screen until you reach the final step.
Choose End on [date] or End Now
On the final screen, you will see two options: End on [date] keeps your access until the end of your billing period, while End Now cancels immediately. Choose your preferred option and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email.
