Cancel Balance on the Website
Go to your Balance account page
Open balanceapp.com/account in your web browser and sign in with the email address you used when you created your Balance account.
Navigate to Subscription settings
Find the Subscription or Billing section on your account page. This shows your current plan, renewal date, and payment information.
Click Cancel Subscription
Click the Cancel Subscription button. Balance may offer you a discounted rate or the option to pause your subscription instead. You can decline these offers and proceed.
Confirm your cancellation
Confirm that you want to cancel. You will receive a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you signed up for Balance through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead. The Balance website may not show a cancel option.

What Happens After You Cancel Balance?
You keep access until your billing period ends
Your Balance premium access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. You can keep using all personalized meditations and courses until then.
Your progress and history are saved
Balance keeps your meditation progress, streaks, and personalization data. If you resubscribe later, you can pick up right where you left off.
Free year promotions still auto-renew
If you signed up during a free first year promotion, remember that it will auto-renew at the full annual price. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.
Some free content may still be available
After canceling, you may still have access to a limited selection of free meditations within the Balance app, depending on current offerings.
