How to Cancel Your
BODi (Beachbody) Subscription

Done with Shaun T yelling at you through the screen? Here's how to cancel BODi (formerly Beachbody On Demand) -- fair warning, they make it about as easy as Insanity Max:30.

Cancel BODi on the Website

Log in to your BODi account

Go to beachbodyondemand.com and sign in with your email and password. If the site redirects you to BODi, that is the same platform under its new branding.

Open My Account from the profile menu

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner on beachbodyondemand.com and select My Account. If the site has redirected you to the BODi domain, the menu is in the same spot.

Locate your BODi Membership details

Find the Subscriptions or Membership tab. This shows all active BODi subscriptions -- your streaming plan, renewal date, and any linked products like Shakeology auto-ship. Note: canceling the streaming plan does NOT cancel Shakeology.

Decline the retention offers and keep clicking

Click Cancel Membership next to your BODi plan. Beachbody is notorious for aggressive retention -- expect 3-5 screens of discount offers, pause options, and plan downgrades. Decline all of them and keep clicking through until you reach the real cancellation button.

Confirm and check for a verification email

Complete the cancellation survey and click the final Confirm Cancellation button. You should receive a confirmation email from BODi. If nothing arrives within 15 minutes (check spam), call 1-800-470-7870 to verify. With Beachbody, trust but verify.

Alternative: Cancel by phone

If you have difficulty canceling online, call Beachbody customer service at 1-800-470-7870. Representatives are available Monday through Friday. Have your account email and order information ready.

Subscribed Through Apple or Google?

If you subscribed to BODi through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms. The BODi website cannot cancel app store subscriptions.

What Happens After You Cancel BODi?

You keep access until your billing period ends

After canceling, you can continue using BODi workouts, programs, and features until the end of your current billing period. No immediate loss of access occurs.

Shakeology and supplements are billed separately

Canceling your BODi streaming membership does not cancel your Shakeology auto-ship or any other supplement orders. You need to cancel those separately through your account or by calling customer service.

Annual plans may qualify for a refund within 30 days

If you purchased an annual BODi subscription, you may be eligible for a refund if you cancel within the first 30 days. Monthly subscribers do not receive refunds for partial months.

Your account and progress data remain

Your BODi account is not deleted when you cancel. Your workout history, program progress, and achievements are saved. If you resubscribe, you can pick up where you left off.

What is the difference between Beachbody On Demand and BODi?

They are the same service. Beachbody On Demand was rebranded to BODi. If you had a Beachbody On Demand subscription, it has been migrated to BODi. The cancellation process is the same regardless of which name appears on your billing statement.

Will canceling BODi also cancel my Shakeology subscription?

No. BODi streaming and Shakeology orders are handled as separate subscriptions. Canceling one does not affect the other. You need to cancel each independently through your account settings or by calling 1-800-470-7870.

Can I get a refund on my annual BODi plan?

If you cancel within the first 30 days of purchasing an annual plan, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are generally not available. Contact Beachbody customer service to request a refund.

Why does Beachbody make it hard to cancel?

BODi uses retention tactics during the cancellation process, including discount offers, pause options, and plan downgrades. You can decline all of these by continuing to click through the prompts until the final confirm button appears.

Can I cancel BODi through my coach?

No. Your Beachbody coach cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf. You need to cancel directly through the website, the app, or by calling customer service yourself.
