Open the BigBasket App
Launch the BigBasket app on your Android or iPhone. You can also visit bigbasket.com in your web browser. Make sure you are logged into the account that has the active Star membership.
Navigate to My Account
Tap the profile icon or My Account option in the bottom navigation bar or hamburger menu. This takes you to your account dashboard where you can manage your settings and membership.
Open bb Star Membership
Look for bb Star Membership or My Membership in your account settings. Tap on it to view your current membership plan, status, and renewal date. You will see your active Star plan details here.
Cancel or Turn Off Auto-Renewal
Tap Cancel Membership or toggle off Auto-Renewal. BigBasket may show you the benefits you will lose and ask you to reconsider. Confirm your cancellation when prompted. Your benefits will remain active until the membership expiry date.
