Cancel Chewy Autoship on the Website
Log in to your Chewy account
Go to chewy.com and sign in. Click on your account icon and select Manage Autoship from the dropdown menu to see all your active Autoship orders.
Find the Autoship item to cancel
On the Manage Autoship page, you will see all items scheduled for automatic delivery. Find the specific product you want to stop receiving. Each item can be managed independently.
Click the item options and select Cancel
Click on the item or the options menu (three dots or edit button). Select Cancel Autoship or Remove from Autoship. The item will no longer be automatically reordered.
Confirm and repeat for other items
Confirm the cancellation when prompted. Repeat for any other Autoship items you want to cancel. You can still order these products manually at the regular price whenever you need them.

Before fully canceling, consider adjusting your Autoship settings to better fit your needs.

What Happens After You Cancel Chewy Autoship?
Your Chewy account stays active
Canceling Autoship does not close your Chewy account. You can still browse, shop, and place one-time orders. Your order history and pet profiles remain intact.
You lose the Autoship discount
Chewy offers 5-35% off on Autoship items. When you cancel, future orders will be at the regular price. You can re-enable Autoship at any time to get the discount back.
Already-processed orders still ship
If an Autoship order has already been processed and charged, it will still be shipped. Cancellation only affects future deliveries that have not yet been processed.
Easy to re-enable anytime
You can add items back to Autoship at any time from the product page or your account. The Autoship discount applies immediately when you set up a new recurring order.
