Cancel Copy.ai on the Website
Log in to Copy.ai
Go to app.copy.ai and sign in with the email you used to create your account. You may have signed up with Google or email.
Navigate to Settings and Billing
Click Settings in the left sidebar or your profile icon, then select the Billing tab. This shows your current plan, usage, and payment details.
Click Cancel Plan or Downgrade
Under your plan details, click Cancel Plan or Downgrade to Free. Copy.ai may offer you a discount or alternative plan to keep you subscribed.
Confirm your cancellation
Select a reason for leaving and click Confirm Cancellation. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. A confirmation email will be sent.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you subscribed to Copy.ai through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead.

Workflows and automations stop
Any automated workflows or scheduled content generation will be paused when your paid plan expires. They can be reactivated if you resubscribe.
