Log in to your account
Go to cratejoy.com and sign in. Use a desktop browser — subscription box sites often hide cancel options on mobile.
Navigate to Subscription or Account settings
Click on My Account, Subscription, or Manage Plan. On Cratejoy, look for this in your account dashboard or profile menu.
Click Cancel Subscription
Find and click Cancel Subscription, Cancel My Box, or End Subscription. Cratejoy will probably try to offer you a skip, pause, or discount. Decline these if you want to fully cancel.
Cancel before your renewal date
Make sure you cancel before your next billing/renewal date. Most subscription boxes process orders days before shipping. If you miss the cutoff, you'll be charged for one more box.
