Cancel CuriosityStream on the Website
Sign in to CuriosityStream
Go to curiositystream.com and sign in with the email and password associated with your account. Make sure you are logged in as the account holder.
Go to Account Settings
Click your profile icon or avatar in the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, select Account or Manage Account. This takes you to your account management page.
Find Your Subscription Details
Look for the Subscription or Plan section on your account page. This shows your current plan (Standard, Smart Bundle, etc.), next billing date, and payment method.
Click Cancel Subscription
Click the Cancel Subscription or Cancel Plan button. CuriosityStream may ask why you are leaving and could offer a discount to retain you. If you want to proceed, decline the offer and continue.
Confirm Your Cancellation
Complete the confirmation prompts. You will receive a confirmation email. Your access to CuriosityStream continues until the end of your current billing period.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you subscribed to CuriosityStream through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Amazon, or Roku, you need to cancel through those platforms. The CuriosityStream website may not show a cancel option for third-party subscriptions.

What Happens After You Cancel CuriosityStream?
You keep access until your billing period ends
After canceling, your CuriosityStream access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. You can keep watching documentaries until that date.
Nebula access may also end
If you subscribed to the CuriosityStream + Nebula Smart Bundle, canceling your CuriosityStream subscription will also end your access to Nebula. You would need to subscribe to Nebula separately if you want to keep using it.
Annual plans are non-refundable
If you are on an annual plan, you can cancel to prevent auto-renewal but will not receive a prorated refund. Your access continues for the remainder of the paid year.
You can resubscribe anytime
CuriosityStream allows you to resubscribe at any time. Your account is not deleted when you cancel, so you can come back and sign up for a new plan whenever you choose.

What happens to my Nebula access if I cancel CuriosityStream?
If you have the Smart Bundle (CuriosityStream + Nebula), canceling will end both services. Nebula is a creator-driven video platform often bundled with CuriosityStream at a discount. To keep Nebula, you would need to subscribe to it separately through nebula.tv.
Does CuriosityStream offer refunds?
CuriosityStream generally does not offer refunds for partial billing periods, whether monthly or annual. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Contact support if you have special circumstances.
I signed up through a YouTuber promotion. How do I cancel?
